5 Star Kids Who Might Make Their Foray into Bollywood in 2016

Another star kid expected to make her debut in Bollywood this year is Shriya Pilgaonkar, daughter of the very popular actor couple Sachin and Supriya Pilgaonkar. Both have established a successful name for themselves in Hindi as well as Marathi cinema and have quite a fan following. Shriya is 89 born and has kept a low profile till now, just like her humble parents. Born to such talented parents, Shriya’s career looks promising, provided she doesn’t take it too lightly.

3Harshvardhan Kapoor

If you haven’t guessed his patriarchy yet, then let us break the news without much ado. Harshvardhan is the younger brother of Sonam Kapoor and the youngest in the Anil Kapoor family. 2016 will see him proving his mettle as an actor in Rakesh Omprakash Mehra’s Mirziya, which also has Saiyami Kher in the female lead. Talking about his experience in Bollywood, Harsh has assisted Anurag Kashyap during the making of Bombay Velvet and must have gained some experience that he would put to use in his debut film. Let’s hope he makes his parents proud and doesn’t turn out to be just a fashionable celeb like his sister.

4Sayesha Saigal

1997 born Sayesha Saigal is the grandniece of yesteryear superstars Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu. She has already worked in a Telugu movie Akhil: The Power of Jua and is all set to spread her charm in the Ajay Devgn starrer Shivaay, expected to release in Diwali this year. With such innocence in her eyes and a petite frame complementing her beauty, Sayesha has already impressed Ajay Devgn with her screen test and in turn raised our expectations already. We hope Diwali does prove auspicious to her.

5Nidhi Dutta

Daughter of the renowned director and producer J P Dutta and yesteryear actress Bindiya Goswami, Nidhi is another of those star kids who will be trying her hands at acting this year. She will stage in the upcoming flick Jee Bhar Ke Jee Le opposite Ajit Sodhi, another star kid who has a beautiful mother to boast of - Nafisa Ali. Nidhi had to sweat it out at the gym to lose 20 kilos for the movie. The determined girl didn’t rest even after breaking her leg. Let’s hope her efforts pay her well.
